The product is top shelf. I unfortunately had an issue with a 55 gallon drum I ordered rendering it unusable on delivery. I spoke with Jeriel from their customer service department and they are sending me a brand new drum at no cost. This seems like normal service for most things but with the weight and size of the item I am very happy they went the extra mile to make sure it got taken care of.
