Purchased the 5000 model over a year ago, the wand broke and machine become useless. Called the customer service and got a new wand on the way. No charge.

Been using item for 1.5 years. I had to replace pump. Easy fix. Good parts website, great costumer service.
New pump was about $13 + shipping = $20
I use it primarily for cleaning my tile roof in FL. The long hose makes the job quick and safe. With one person on the ground filling the machine and one one the roof I do a 3200 sq ft roof in about 1 hour. One gal Clorox mixed with two gal water. Job takes about 10 gals Clorox. That's five tanks though the sprayer. I also use same for cleaning pool cage, deck, and house trim.
Sprayer paid for it self the first time I used it.

Just received my HD 5000 sprayer, easy set up. Filled and sprayed driveway with liquid salt, did a great job. Gonna enjoy using this fine piece of equipment.

So far I've only used this twice and for the money I'm not sure that it could be beat. I have the M4S backpack sprayer and this is very similar in quality but at a better price. I really wanted something with more capacity and the hose reel so this fits the bill. Definitely not commercial quality. The wand parts are on the lower end of powered sprayers but I think that it will be more than than adequate for any normal homeowner.

The instructions could be better, although I was surprised that it is almost completely assembled, which was nice. If you don't need the higher capacity, the 4gal backpack sprayer is the way to go. No manual pumping is where it's at and you get a consistent spray throughout the tank.

Love this sprayer. I’ve been clearing a large lot of my land. I set the sprayer up on the wheeled cart so I can use the 100 hose. That was a good move for me. I wouldn’t use it as a back pack sprayer it would be far to heavy to carry. Having a variety of different sprayers to use is very nice. I highly recommend this sprayer if you do a lot of spraying
