Coverage
Apply at a minimum rate of 1 to 1.25 gallons per 100 square feet per coat, according to the substrate and condition.
Two coats are recommended. A minimum of 16 mils DFT (Dry Film Thickness) is recommended to achieve optimal performance of the coating. Normal drying time is 2-4 hours.

Step 1
Prepare the Area
Move your RV to a well-ventilated area, preferably under the shade. Clear the immediate work area of any unnecessary objects.
Step 2
Clean
Give your RV a good clean. Sweep off any loose debris, then wash the surface using BEEST Roof Cleaner & Degreaser for best results. Apply it by spray, map, etc., agitate severe spots, and rinse thoroughly for residue-free surfaces.
Step 3
Mask
Take your time to mask off vents, skylights, and other areas where sealant isn’t desired. Regular painter’s tape should do the trick.
Step 4
Prime
Use the BEEST Multipurpose Primer before you apply your coating. Apply to a clean, dry surface using a roller or sprayer equipment. For the best curing results, the temperature should be at a minimum of 40°F with humidity less than 90%.
EPDM roofs MUST use a primer. Adhesion tests are recommended to ensure the coating is going to adhere to the substrate, contact PetraTools® customer service if needed.
Step 5
Coat
Apply BEEST RV Roof Sealant (Liquid Rubber Coating) with a 3/4" nap roller for best results.

Step 6
Cleanup
Use water to clean up tools and spills while sealant is still wet.

Liquid rubber
This is a lot like the flex seal you see on TV. Basically it's liquid rubber that you can apply to a surface to get a reality nice waterproof seal. Depending on your roof material you may need to use a primer first. They also recommend 2 coats and each gallon is good for about 100 sq feet. Is you are doing an entire roof get enough. This single gallon is great for smaller areas in need of some TLC.

Works Great! No more leaks.
We had a leak around the roof mount ac on our RV. Easy to apply, went on smooth. Color matched perfectly. We had a 2" rain afterwards and no more leaks. Works Great!

Works well
I used it on the rubber roof on our Jayco Jay Flight camper that had a small leak we couldn’t find from the roof. We had an idea of what area but couldn’t find it. I singled out an area around where it was and put 3 coats of this stuff on it. After using other products I had doubts if it would work. To my surprise it hasn’t leaked a drop since. It is expensive but I spent double the price buying cheaper products that didn’t work. Had I bought this from the beginning I would have saved about $100. I would recommend
