Beest Sticky Mulch Glue 32oz and 1 Gallon

We used this when we recently remulched our flower beds. It helps to hold the mulch in place. It's not the strongest hold ever but it is easy to use and keeps it all from washing away.

This product works as intended but there’s some things I didn’t think about. If you want to ever plant some thing there you have to just remove the whole pieces of glued mulch and then re-spray and I hope it doesn’t kill the plants. If you know you’re not gonna be doing any planting this product would work well I would try to avoid putting it on. Plants are getting it anywhere near the base as water will not penetrate it like it should.

I love this product. I have a large tree that drops leaves in my mulch bed. I now can just blow the leaves off without disturbing the mulch!!! Thank you!

There's an easy chart on the back that shows how much water to dilute the product. Application was pretty easy and looks okay to me. I assume if you don't dilute enough, you would get a milky look, maybe. For the same reason, I did my best not to apply too much in one area. It hasn't really rained here lately but it seems pretty fixed when I touch it.

We recently added a seating area outside - dug up the grass, put down weed paper, put down sand, put down pea gravel. One month later - all this pesky crab grass is poking through 🤬 I did a test patch and dug out the crabgrass and spread some new pea gravel - then gave a spray of this. So far nothing has pushed through and it still looks freshly completed. I’m happy! Now to just do the rest….

I was pleased that this is an American company and that they produce a good product. They actually have many products when you look them up online. We have a large flower bed in front that also has a French drain in the middle of it. One of our gutters drains underground to it. The landscapers placed small rocks over the lowest part of the drain and when it rains the rainwater moves the small rocks or maybe I should call it gravel. So I thought that place would be a good place to try out this product. This is a good mulch glue that can hold gravel together. And it is safe to spray around plants. My husband applied our mulch glue. Also be sure to do a good job of washing out your sprayer. I am happy with the result it provides.
