Returns Policy
PetraTools sprayers are available for free returns for 30 days post purchase. All other chemicals and solutions are not eligible for returns or exchanges at this time. Please contact Customer Service if you have received a damaged product so we can replace it for you.
Otherwise, we ask that you be kind to our planet and share any unwanted orders with a neighbor or friend.
Warranty Terms and Conditions
Standard 6-Month Warranty (Automatically Applies to All Purchases)
- Coverage Duration: 6 months from the date of purchase.
- What’s Covered:
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, including the sprayer unit, pump, battery, electronic components, and seals.
- Resolution:
We will provide replacement parts or a full unit replacement as necessary.
- Shipping Costs:
We will cover all shipping costs for approved warranty claims.
- What’s Not Covered:
- Labor costs.
- Misuse, abuse, neglect, improper storage, or failure to follow operating instructions.
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
- Damage caused by chemicals or solutions not approved for use with the sprayer.
Free Extended 1-Year Warranty (Opt-In Registration Required)
- Coverage Duration: Extends coverage to 1 year from the date of purchase when the product is registered within 30 days of purchase.
- What’s Covered:
- Manufacturing defects in the sprayer unit, pump, battery, electronic components, and other functional components.
- We will provide replacement parts or Up to one full unit replacement within the 1 year based on our determination.
- Shipping Costs:
We will cover all shipping costs for approved warranty claims.
- What’s Not Covered:
- Misuse, abuse, neglect, improper storage, or failure to follow operating instructions.
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
- Damage caused by chemicals or solutions not approved for use with the sprayer.

Warranty Claim Process
- Contact Us: Reach out to our support team at support@petratools.com for assistance.
- Provide Proof of Purchase & Details: Proof of purchase is required for all claims.
- Shipping & Replacement: Once approved, we will provide replacement parts or a full unit replacement at no cost, including shipping.
Important Notes
- This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
- The warranty does not cover labor costs associated with installation or repairs.
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, alterations, or unapproved chemicals will void the warranty.

Orders typically ship within 2 business days and arrive 3-5 days after shipment.

IS THERE A WARRANTY ON EACH ITEM?
PetraTools provides a standard 3-month full warranty for manufacturer defects. If customer registers for extended warranty, PetraTools provides an additional 3 months limited warranty. Limited warranty covers replacement units due to manufacturer defects (shipping paid by customer).
