I purchased the Petra HD 4000 Sprayer about nine months ago, and it has performed exceptionally well. Recently, I noticed a small leak—just a few drops—from the hose connection fitting during use. I contacted Petra's customer service, and they promptly sent me a complete replacement hose assembly along with a complimentary gift.

Best sprayer i have ever used , felt like a pro doing over 2200 sq feet of concrete sealer . Who has time to constantly be pumping it up when your attention needs to be on where your spraying.

I have purchased my HD-4000 2 years ago. Been very happy with the unit. Just recently I went to use the unit and the battery was completely dead I had purchased a new battery and messaged the company to verify if was the battery. They advised me to do a hard reset to check if it was the battery and it was the battery. They canceled my order and sent me a replacement for free. They have a great customer support/service I will always be a customer for these reasons.
